In this position we are looking for a highly-motivated younger sales person with experience in Machine and Equipment in SMT industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives through effective territory management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and distributors.
  • Provide the products solution advice and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical service to provide the products solution as customer needs.
  • Additional administrative responsibilities include preparation of quotes, follow up the proposed quotation to get client’s purchase order.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, visit records, and follow-up sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Overall responsibility for solidifying the value proposition of company to the customers.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Age not over 35 years old.
  • 1–3 years of experience in SMT industrial product sales preferably.
  • Able to use MS. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good at English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Able to communication in Chinese Mandarin will be given special consideration.
  • Good communication, Presentation, Negotiation and Problem-solving skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Have an own car with valid driver license.
